In this episode, Michael Hayes makes a special announcement regarding the Coalition and the main event, Women's Champion Trina goes 1-on-1 with Jessie Belle, Jamin Olivencia wants to send a message to Doug Williams, Rockstar Spud defends the Television Title against "Mr. Pec-Tacular" Jessie Godderz, plus more!

Without further ado:

Here we go...

Pre-Show Dark Matches:

Taeler Hendrix & Lovely Lylah vs. Hannah & Holly Blossom.
Taeler comes out with a cell phone and it appears she is texting all during the match. Lylah starts out with Holly and tries to slam her, but she slides out and pushes Lylah into the corner. She tags Hannah, hits a snapmare on Lylah, and Hannah hits a neckbreaker. She tries to pin for 2. She puts Lylah in a headlock and tags Holly. They throw Lylah off the ropes, and hit a double back elbow, followed by a double dropkick. Lylah throws Holly off and tries to tag Taeler, but she is still busy playing with her phone and walks off to the back. Holly tags and they hit a double suplex and their finisher for the pin.
WINNERS: BLOSSOMS by pinfall.
MY TAKE: The Blossoms continue their tag team success in the Femme Fatale division.

Bodyguy vs. Flash Flanagan.
Flash locks up with Bodyguy in the corner, and Bodyguy yells that he pulled his hair. They lock up again in the ropes, and Bodyguy yells that Flash had a hold of his tights. Flash puts Bodyguy in a headlock. Bodyguy shoves him off to the ropes, and Flash comes back with a shoulder takedown. Flash delivers a hip toss, a chop, and a big suplex. He puts Bodyguy in an armlock, and Bodyguy reverses, but Flash comes back with another big chop. He charges Bodyguy in the corner, but Bodyguy moves, and Flash hits his shoulder on the turnbuckle. Bodyguy puts Flash in a sleeper, but Flash breaks it with a chinbuster. Flash grabs Bodyguy, but he reverses, and poses. Flash grabs Bodyguy and rolls him up with a handful of tights for the pin.
WINNER: FLASH by pinfall.
MY TAKE: An interesting matchup between two stars the fans love to hate. Flash's veteran skills (and cheap tactics) outdid the Bodyguy in this one.

HANDICAP MATCH: "Lonesome" Jay Bradley vs. Lambda Lambda Lambda's Stephon J. Baxter III & Albert Einstein Baxter II.
Stephon & Albert both lock on a headlock, but Jay throws both of them off. He throws Stephon hard into the corner. He scoops Albert up and slams him on Stephon. He delivers the Boomstick to both and wins this one easy.
WINNER: BRADLEY by pinfall.
MY TAKE: Is it really a handicap match when Jay has an equalizer called the "Boomstick"?

Austin Bradley (w/"VIP" Joe Rosa & the VIP Club) vs. King Mo.
Austin tries to put Mo in an armbar, but Mo arm drags him. Mo tries to lock in an armbar submission, but Austin slips out and out of the ring. He tries to lock it in again, but Austin grabs the ropes. VIP gets on the apron to distract the ref, which allows Austin to deliver a low blow to Mo. He hits him and delivers 2 big clotheslines. He tries to pin for 2. He stomps on Mo's hand and punches him in the face. He goes for a 3rd clothesline, but Mo catches his arm in a submission and Austin immediately starts tapping.
WINNER: KING MO by submission.
MY TAKE: King Mo uses a combination of wrestling and MMA moves to claim a victory.

That concludes tonight's pre-show dark matches. I always recommend watching the episode first on TV or online before reading the rest of the report. Again, you can check it out on OVW's official website late Thursday afternoon/evening at www.ovwrestling.com/tv and on WBNA ion-21 in the Louisville area Saturdays at 12 noon with replays Wednesdays at 9PM after WWE Main Event.

We see an opening video with the Coalition's Crimson, Joe Coleman, & Jason Wayne. Crimson says he had a conference with important people, who told him to take back OVW. The fans have nothing to fear, because it will be our (Coalition) OVW, and our (Coalition) America. They end by saying there will be casualties, and war is necessary.

The show opens with Michael Hayes coming to the ring. He says everything is not alright in OVW. He says Crimson & Jason Wayne should know that when you enlist, it is to protect the land of opportunity. He says they robbed men and women in the back of opportunity, but tonight, Rudy Switchblade & the Mobile Homers will get an opportunity against 3 of their guys. They want to play around like a game of chess, but tonight it will be checkmate.

Jessie Belle vs. Trina.
Trina with a big slam. In the corner, Trina charges, but Jessie Belle jumps up and hits a hurricanrana. Trina fights back and hits a samoan drop for the pin.
WINNER: TRINA by pinfall.
MY TAKE: Trina's dominance continues in the Femme Fatale division.

In the back, Michael Hayes passes up Eddie Diamond & Timmy Danger in the hallway and approaches Jay Bradley. He appreciates what Jay did and needs his help again, but Jay doesn't want any part of it. Back over to EFD & Danger who catch Trina walking through following her match, and they beg her to give Epiphany another title shot at the next SNS. Trina says she will, because she is a fighting champion. VIP is seen talking to Doug Williams about joining the VIP Club. Jamin is seen overhearing their conversation and grabs referee Josh Ashcraft and tells him to join him in the ring...

In the ring, Jamin calls out VIP, then Doug. He tells Doug he wants to send a message back to him and wants him to watch what he does to VIP.
"VIP" Joe Rosa vs. Jamin Olivencia.
Jamin hits a spinebuster, and tackles VIP into the corner. He hits a forearm to his face, and grabs the mic, daring Doug to get in the ring. This allows VIP to hit Jamin from behind. Off the ropes, Jamin comes back with his jumping clothesline. He hits the running kamikaze splash in the corner, followed by a high knee. He hits VIP with the Standing O, but before he can get the 3, Doug runs in and attacks Jamin.
WINNER: JAMIN by DQ.
Doug beats down Jamin and leaves him laying.
MY TAKE: Is Jamin letting Doug get into his head? He will need to keep his cool to keep from losing his title back to him at SNS.

Heidi Lovelace comes to the ring and tries to explain what happened last week. She apologizes for the way it happened and wants to talk to Taeler Hendrix. Taeler comes out and says she understands, she gets it. Heidi wanted to be a part of the "it" couple of her & Dylan Bostic. Heidi says Dylan and Ryan Howe don't care about her, but she really does. Taeler doesn't know what to say, and says she has a lot of thinking to do.
MY TAKE: I'm hoping this doesn't lead to the female version of the Mascara Mafia. Although, they could double date...

OVW TELEVISION TITLE: "Mr. Pec-Tacular" Jessie Godderz vs. Rockstar Spud (c).
Jessie throws Spud down and poses. Spud tries to roll him up for 2. Spud hits a body press for 2. Jessie hits a clothesline and chokes Spud in the ropes. He throws Spud hard into the corner and locks in the abdominal stretch. Spud tries to break free, but Jessie throws him into the corner and runs in with a clothesline. Spud tries to fire back, but Jessie elbows him. He charges in the corner, but Spud moves and tries a drop toehold. Jessie doesn't budge, so Spud kicks him in the chin. He charges at Jessie, but is caught in a big powerslam for 2. Jessie snapmares Spud and hits his patented legdrop for another 2 count. Spud hits a chinbuster to buy some time. Jessie tries to hit the Pectacular Press, but Spud slides out and throws Jessie into the corner. He hits a flying body press for 2. Jessie slingshots Spud into the turnbuckle. He tries to pin with his feet on the ropes, but the ref catches him. As Jessie argues, Spud is back up and headbutts Jessie in the gut, and then hits a cool spinning flip pin for 3.
WINNER and STILL OVW TV CHAMPION: SPUD by pinfall.
After the match, Randy Royal and Tony Gunn walk out. Royal shoves Spud down, and Gunn hands him a mic. Royal says they may have been partners last week, but he is still owed a TV Title shot and he wants it next week, and Spud is the only thing standing between him and getting the $1000 every week.
MY TAKE: Royal's hospital bills won't wait, so he has to do what he has to do. Will Spud continue to successfully defend, or will Double R finally get his chance to win the belt and the money that comes with defending it?

In the back, Jay Bradley is walking around in his locker room when the lights go out. After a lot of commotion, the lights come on, and you see Jay laid out and Jason Wayne walking out of the room.

The Coalition: "The Diabolical Dictator of Domestic Defense" Jason Wayne, "Thunderlats" Joe Coleman, & "The Red Baron of Ruthless Reconnaissance" Crimson vs. Rudy Switchblade & the Mobile Homers' Ted McNaler & Adam Revolver (w/Brittany Devore).
Rudy, Ted, & Adam enter and clear the ring. Michael Hayes comes out and has Lambda Lambda Lambda, EFD, Timmy Danger, Nick Dumeyer, & Elvis Pridemoore guarding the entrances. After the bell officially rings, Rudy kicks Wayne and the Mobile Homers low blow him by pulling him into the ringpost. The Homers double team Wayne, until Coleman comes in and hits Ted in the corner. Crimson tags in and chokes Ted with his boot in the corner. Coleman comes back in and punches him and hits a big slam. He misses an elbow drop, and Ted throws him head first into the turnbuckle. He tags Adam and they hit a double suplex. Pin attempt for 2. More double teamwork from the Homers, and Rudy tags in for back scratch fever. Ted comes back and stomps on Coleman's throat. Adam tags in and throws Coleman to the outside. Ted hammers away on the outside and rolls him back in. Coleman gets a tag to Wayne. Adam takes him down, and Ted jumps and stomps across Wayne's back. Adam kicks him in the corner, and Ted hits a dropkick. Adam drapes Wayne across the ropes and Ted goes up top and jumps and stomps down across Wayne's chest. Rudy flips in on Wayne. A little later, Ted is in the ring with Crimson. Crimson tries a chokeslam, but Ted breaks free and tags Rudy. Rudy hits an elbow to Crimson's head, takes him down, and goes for the Boston crab. Coleman & Wayne run in and hit Rudy and fight with the Homers. Meanwhile, Rudy goes up top for a frog splash, but Delta Team Bravo emerges from under the ring and push Rudy off. The Coalition takes out Rudy, Ted, & Adam, as well as the guys guarding the entrances. Ryan Howe & Rob Terry also run out, but the numbers game catches up with them.
Ghillie also emerged from somewhere, but hadn't touched anyone up to this point.
Michael Hayes is in the ring staring down the Coalition, looking ready to fight, when Ghillie unmasks and it is Sam Shaw. Shaw takes out all 5 members of the Coalition and Hayes says at SNS, it will be Sam Shaw vs. Jason Wayne and he will be the special referee! Checkmate!
WINNERS: HOMERS & RUDY by DQ.
MY TAKE: Shaw infiltrated the Coalition's camp and got a measure of revenge tonight. Will he get more against Jason Wayne at SNS knowing the Director of Operations himself will be the special referee?

This ended the TV taping.

Post-Show Dark Match:

(The M Team) 4M: "Mister Marvelous" Melvin Maximus & the Mascara Mafia's Espy & Paredyse vs. "The Welsh Colossus" Rob Terry, Sam Shaw, & Ryan Howe.
The M Team attack Howe and work him over. 4M hits a clothesline, and the Mafia hits the double butt bump on him. Howe hits a sliding punch to Espy, but Espy grabs his foot before he can make a tag. 4M come sin and hits a big slam. Paredyse wants the tag to pin Howe, but only gets a 2 count. Howe tries to roll him up for 2. Paredyse hits a clothesline and Espy comes in and works over Howe's leg. The Mafia double teams him and 4M hammers him across the back. Paredyse locks in a submission and goes for a backdrop, but Howe slides out and tags Shaw. Shaw delivers some big right hands, and dropkicks. Howe & Rob take out 4M & Espy while Shaw goes for Breaking Point. Paredyse moves. Paredyse goes to pick Shaw up, but Shaw jumps up and hits the codebreaker for 3.
WINNERS: SHAW, TERRY, & HOWE by pinfall.
After the match, Howe put his hat on Big Rob and gave him the guitar, and Big Rob played a little bit to rock us out.
MY TAKE: A rock 'n' roll performance from the fan favorite team of Howe, Terry, & Shaw.

Don't forget this episode will be up online tomorrow. Also, the 1-Year Anniversary Q&A's begin tomorrow and every day at 12 Noon ET through the day of the next SNS on May 11th. We start off the Q&A's with tonight's big winner, Sam Shaw! As always, thanks for reading!
